1) Nature of Services

Luxanra provides digital virtual staging, interior design visualizations, and image enhancements strictly for marketing, illustrative, and conceptual purposes ("Deliverables"). Deliverables are visual representations only and are not architectural plans, construction documents, engineering specifications, or professional advice.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Luxanra. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

3) No Professional Advice

Luxanra does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, financial, or real estate advice. You acknowledge that your use of the Services and reliance on any Deliverables is solely at your own risk.

4) Intellectual Property & Originality

Luxanra's platform, software, workflows, and brand assets are owned by Luxanra and protected by intellectual property laws. Luxanra-generated Deliverables are intended to be original visual works created through proprietary workflows, licensed assets, and AI-assisted rendering processes. Luxanra does not intentionally replicate copyrighted works, trademarks, or trade dress.

• Platform Ownership: Luxanra retains all rights in and to the Services, including underlying technology.
• Client License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Deliverables for lawful marketing related to the advertised property.
• Restrictions: No resale of Deliverables as standalone products, no redistribution as a design library, and no claiming authorship of Luxanra's platform or methods.

5) User Content (Uploads) & Rights

You retain ownership of photos and materials you upload ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and releases to upload and use User Content and to authorize Luxanra to process it to provide the Services.

• You will not upload content you do not have permission to use.
• You will not upload content that violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• You are responsible for obtaining any required consents and property owner approvals.

6) Payments, Credits & Taxes

Luxanra may offer pay-per-render purchases and/or credit-based packages. Prices may change but will not affect completed purchases. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees.

7) Disclaimers (AS-IS)

THE SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of Liability (Maximum Protection)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXANRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, OR FOR ANY CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR DELIVERABLES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXANRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LUXANRA IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luxanra and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services, your violation of these policies, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10) Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to Luxanra shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Florida. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or jury trials.

11) Governing Law (Florida)

These policies are governed by Florida law. To the extent any dispute is permitted in court, you agree it will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue.

This Privacy Policy explains how Luxanra collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the Services. By using Luxanra, you consent to the practices described here.

1) Information We Collect

• Account & Contact: name, email, account identifiers.
• Payments: transaction data handled by third-party processors (we do not store full card numbers).
• User Content: images you upload and metadata needed to deliver Services.
• Usage/Device Data: IP address, browser/device info, logs, and analytics events.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Process purchases, deliver credits, and provide support.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Policies.

3) Sharing

We may share information with service providers (e.g., payments, hosting, analytics) and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4) Data Security & Retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards. No online system is 100% secure. We retain data as necessary to provide Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

5) Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailingsupport@luxanra.com.

Luxanra provides digital services. Due to the nature of digital deliverables and immediate credit availability, purchases are generally final as described below.

1) Credits

• Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing account.
• Credits are non-refundable once used, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
• Any credit expiration rules will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

2) Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only for verified technical errors (such as duplicate charges or failed credit delivery) when reported promptly with sufficient details for investigation.

3) Chargebacks

Abusive or unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, forfeiture of remaining credits, and restriction from future purchases. Luxanra may submit evidence to contest chargebacks.

Luxanra respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice.

1) DMCA Notice Requirements

• Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identify the allegedly infringing material and where it appears.
• Provide your contact information.
• Include a good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury.
• Include your physical or electronic signature.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Luxanra may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this policy.

1) Prohibited Activities

• Uploading content you do not own or lack permission to use.
• Uploading unlawful, privacy-violating, or rights-infringing content.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, bypassing limits, or interfering with operations.
• Using outputs to mislead consumers or misrepresent property conditions.
• Reselling deliverables as standalone products or as a design library.

2) Enforcement

Luxanra may investigate violations and take action including content removal, suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement when appropriate.
