1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Luxanra ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Luxanra provides virtual staging and interior design rendering outputs based on photos and selections provided by users. Results are generated digitally and may vary based on input quality and style choices.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases, Credits, and Payments

Luxanra uses a credit-based system. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, 1 credit equals 1 staged image output. All payments are processed via Stripe. Purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are delivered, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate billing or verified processing errors.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you confirm you have the rights to use and submit it. You grant Luxanra a limited license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Output Usage

You may use generated outputs for real estate marketing, MLS, and related promotional purposes. You may not use Luxanra outputs for unlawful purposes, misleading advertising, or to infringe the rights of others.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to upload content you do not have rights to use, violate laws or third-party rights, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use the Service to generate or distribute illegal or harmful content.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms, and continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Luxanra does not guarantee specific sales outcomes, buyer behavior, or marketing performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxanra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
